BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF TOWER :
Bolted lattice tower structure with gang-ladder leading to a floor entrance to the guard house. The house frame is manufactured from 32 X 32 X 2.0 mm square rube and clsd with 0.8 mm galvanized steel sheeting. It is a square structure of 1.8 X 1.8 m and 2.0 m roof height. Each of the four sides has got a window area of 0.9 X 1.0 m with bottom opening. The floor is of 150 X 50 X 20 X 1.0 mm lipped channel and the roof is 0.5 mm full hard corrugated sheet with 30 mm isolation material. The entire structure is finished with self-etch primer.
The tower is designed according to SANS 10162-1-2005 using wind loads to SABS 0160.
The strucrure carries a 10 warranty against faulty material and / or workmanship.

The structure is of bolted constrution and can be transported on a bakkie and trailer.
Erection can be done by unskilled labour, as no specialized skills and equipment is neccesary.
